Accounts

You can sign in to Mineral Note with your Apple or Google account.

• Can’t sign in: Check your network connection and restart the app. If your Apple / Google session has expired, sign in again from your device settings.
• Deleting your account: You can delete your account from “My Page” in the app. Once deleted, your posts, notes, and other data cannot be recovered.

AI stone tag suggestions

The app can suggest candidate stone tags from a photo using AI.

• AI suggestions are candidates only and do not guarantee accurate identification. Please make the final judgment yourself.
• The AI feature has a monthly usage limit. If you reach the limit, please wait until it resets the following month.
• Choosing a photo where the stone is large and clearly visible tends to produce better candidates.

Location and spots

Allowing location access makes it easier to see spots near you and to set the location when posting. You can change this anytime in your device settings.

• When publishing a spot, please make sure it is a collecting site or shop that is safe to share.
• Do not publish the location of private property or restricted areas. Please also review our Community Guidelines for collecting etiquette.

If something isn’t working

If the app behaves unexpectedly, please try the following.

• Update the app to the latest version.
• Fully close the app and reopen it.
• Try again where you have a good network connection.
• Restart your device.
• If the problem persists, please contact us at the address above.
